The Audi e-tron GT will soon receive some of the improvements recently introduced by the redesign of its sibling, the Porsche Taican. Audi should therefore get more power, faster charging, longer range and the new RS Performance.
The revamp will bring about minor design alterations, primarily focusing on the car’s front end. Audi has unveiled a prototype, providing a sneak peek of what’s to come before the official debut.

The electric vehicle bears a striking resemblance to the current model, albeit with a few discernible changes from the current RS e-tron GT upon closer inspection. Notably, the front bumper features distinct intakes and a slightly altered grille, while the rear showcases a redesigned diffuser. Additionally, a new set of aerodynamically optimized black aluminum wheels is introduced.
Audi has not divulged specifics regarding the mechanical and technological enhancements, which are expected to be more substantial. Drawing insights from the recently revamped Porsche Taycan, the Audi e-tron GT is poised to receive more potent electric motors and an increased charging capacity of up to 320 kWh, up from 270 kWh. Certain variants might also receive a larger 105 kWh battery, providing extended range compared to the current 93.4 kWh battery.

The refreshed lineup will be crowned by the new top model RS Performance, which will produce more than 646 hp, which is the current RS e-Tron GT, but also less) than the outgoing RS e-tron GT, but less than the 952 hp that the new Porsche Taican Turbo has S. Another highlight should be the new active suspension system similar to the Porsche Active Ride suspension. This will allow Audi engineers to further improve the comfortable driving dynamics of this original GT model.
